03. How We Process Your Content

The text and PDF documents you submit are handled with strict session-based protocols:

• Local Processing: Whenever possible, document parsing occurs within your browser’s local environment.
• Temporary AI Buffers: When our transformer-based NLP engine analyzes your text for contextual density, the data is held in a temporary, encrypted buffer.
• No Permanent Storage: We do not store, catalog, or sell the intellectual property contained in your notes. Once your export (.apkg or CSV) is complete or the browser tab is closed, the session data is flushed from our memory.
• No Training Use: We do not use your private study material to train our public AI models.

04. Automated Data Collection

To maintain service quality and prevent abuse of our free resources, we collect limited non-identifying data:

• Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, and time-stamps (standard server logs).
• Analytics: We use lightweight analytics to understand site traffic patterns. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.
