Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FreeFlashcardMaker.net, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our free flashcard maker service is provided to you subject to your compliance with all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein.

Provision of Service

We provide an AI-driven platform that utilizes transformer-based NLP and OCR technology to convert user-provided text or PDF documents into study materials. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

Use License & Restrictions

Permission is granted to use the materials (generated study decks) for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. Under this license, you may not:

Automate requests to our NLP engine via scripts or bots;
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the site;
Use the service to generate content that violates intellectual property laws or promotes illegal activities.

Accuracy of Generated Content

Important: Our generation process is fully automated via artificial intelligence. While our engine is optimized for “Contextual Density,” it may occasionally produce inaccuracies or “hallucinations”.

You acknowledge that the flashcards are intended as a supplementary study aid. FreeFlashcardMaker.net does not guarantee the academic accuracy of any AI-generated output. Users are encouraged to perform a “Human-in-the-loop” review pass before beginning study sessions.

Intellectual Property

We do not claim ownership of the source material you upload or paste into our system. You represent that you own or have the necessary licenses to use the content you process. The generated card structure remains your property for personal study use.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the owners or developers of this service be liable for any damages (including loss of data, loss of academic standing, or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the free flashcard maker engine.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
